Terms of Service
Master Services Agreement for Credits. These terms apply to the Vantage Studios listing-media service.
1. Who we are and what this agreement covers
1.1 Us. "Vantage Studios", "we" and "us" mean Vantage Studios LLC, a limited liability company formed in Delaware, USA, trading as Vantage Studios from Dubai, UAE.
- Delaware registered agent and address: available on request at hello@vantagestudios.ae.
- Delaware entity file number: available on request at hello@vantagestudios.ae. This is a company registration identifier only. It is not a trade licence and must never be presented as one.
- UAE trade licence: none issued yet. Until a licence is issued, no licence number, RERA number or similar is to appear in these terms, on invoices or on the site.
- Contact: hello@vantagestudios.ae. Postal address: available on request at hello@vantagestudios.ae.
1.2 You. "Customer" or "you" means the brokerage, agency, company or independent agent that creates an account, accepts an Order Form or uses the Service. If you accept on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
1.3 Business customers only. The Service is for real-estate professionals acting in the course of business, not for consumers.
1.4 The agreement. This agreement is made up of: (a) these Terms; (b) any Order Form or plan summary you accept; (c) the prices and lane rules on vantagestudios.ae/pricing at the time of the order; and (d) the Privacy Notice. If they conflict, the Order Form wins, then these Terms, then the website.
2. The Service
2.1 What we do. You send us phone walkthrough footage (video or photos) of a property. We select frames, straighten and edit them, and deliver edited listing images with listing copy and a delivery page you can forward to the seller ("Deliverables"). Optional add-ons are described in section 5.
2.2 Essential edit (every photo). Each delivered photo includes:
- frames chosen on measured sharpness;
- verticals straightened and the frame levelled;
- exposure, colour, sharpening and noise correction;
- decluttering on up to 5 images per listing;
- the listing title and description;
- a delivery page.
2.3 The Vantage Standard. For every photo we deliver, we aim to keep these commitments:
- Straight. Walls and door frames lean no more than 0.5° in the delivered image.
- Real views. The view through every window is the property's real view. We clear haze and set brightness and colour only. We never replace a view or a sky, and we don't offer sky replacement.
- Nothing invented, nothing real removed. Materials, finishes, floor texture, furniture, fixtures, fittings and the size and shape of every room stay as they are. We change straightness, level, light and colour (including switching on existing lights and evening daylight), haze in the window view, loose clutter and everyday wall marks. If something looks like real damage, we tell you rather than remove it.
- Checked, then reviewed. Automatic checks run on every image, then a person (our founder, Matthew Clarke Smith, or a reviewer we appoint) reviews every photo before delivery. A photo that fails a check is fixed or left out.
- No people. If a person is in the frame, the photo is not delivered.
2.4 Listing copy. We write listing copy from what is visible in the footage and what you tell us. We do not invent building amenities; where an amenity is not confirmed we ask you. You must check all copy before you publish it (see section 8).
2.5 What we deliver: edited images only. We deliver the edited images. We do not deliver the original footage back to you, per-image change records or any mark on the downloadable files. We keep the originals and our internal record of what changed for our own quality and audit purposes (see section 12). If you need information about the change record for a specific image, for example to answer a portal or regulator query, contact hello@vantagestudios.ae and we will consider the request.
2.6 Format. Images are delivered at full resolution, never larger than the source and never upscaled, typically about 4000 × 3000 pixels, at 4:3 (or 16:9 when the source is 16:9), with rooms never cropped, as sRGB JPEG under 5 MB each, and at least 1600 × 1200 pixels. These are sized for Property Finder and Bayut. Portal requirements can change; we don't guarantee acceptance by any portal.
2.7 Upload limits. A listing may contain up to 20 photos (25 with Signature or All-Inclusive).
2.8 Not offered. We don't offer floor plans, sky replacement or view replacement. Renovation visualisation is "coming soon" and is not available under these Terms until we announce it in writing.
2.9 Service changes. We may change how we produce the Deliverables (including our software and AI tools) if the section 2.3 commitments and section 4 lane times don't get worse that month.
3. Credits, tiers and the wallet
3.1 One photo, one credit. One edited photo in the Standard lane costs 1 credit. Faster lanes and add-ons cost more credits (sections 4 and 5).
3.2 One wallet per brokerage. Your account has one credit wallet. Your agents spend from it. Your account administrator can set a monthly credit limit for each agent. You are responsible for all use by the people you give access to.
3.3 Price shown before submit. Before you submit a listing, we show the credits it will use (photos × lane, plus add-ons) and your balance.
3.4 Credits are spent only on delivered photos. Credits are charged when a photo is delivered, not when footage is uploaded. If we decline or cannot deliver a photo, it costs nothing. If a listing is declined after it has been billed, we flag it as a possible credit and our founder decides; we do not rebill automatically.
3.5 Plans and tiers. You choose a monthly plan: a committed number of credits a month. The size of your plan sets your tier, and every credit in your plan is priced at that tier's rate. Your tier is fixed for the billing month by the plan you hold at the start of it. We never re-price credits you have already been issued or already spent, and we never move you to a different tier backwards in time. (A plan below the first commitment is Flex: no commitment, pay per credit, see 3.7.)
| Tier | Credits a month | Listings a month (≈ 15 photos) | AED a credit | ≈ AED a listing |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Flex (no commitment) | under 150 | under 10 | 7.27 | 109.05 |
| Bronze | 150–449 | 10–29 | 6.65 | 99.75 |
| Silver | 450–749 | 30–49 | 5.98 | 89.70 |
| Gold | 750–1,499 | 50–99 | 5.65 | 84.75 |
| Platinum | 1,500–2,999 | 100–199 | 5.13 | 76.95 |
| Diamond | 3,000+ | 200+ | 4.70 | 70.50 |
Prices are in UAE dirhams (AED). VAT treatment is shown on each invoice. Any separately negotiated enterprise arrangement is documented in its own Order Form.
3.6 Next-tier cap. When you commit to, or are invoiced for, a number of credits that would cost more than the minimum commitment of the next tier up, we charge you the next tier's minimum and issue that tier's credits instead. This is applied before you pay, never afterwards, and the quote shows it.
3.7 Top-ups, auto top-up and credits owed. You can buy extra credits at any time at AED 7.27 a credit (the Flex rate), whatever your tier; if your top-ups near the next tier, we'll suggest moving up. With auto top-up on, we buy packs on your saved card when a delivery needs more credits than you hold, up to your monthly limit (calendar month, Dubai time). If that limit stops a top-up, we still deliver and charge the photos; the difference is credits owed, taken first from your next top-up or plan credits. Anything left at the end of the billing cycle is invoiced once at your plan tier rate (without a plan, it comes from your next top-up). While you owe credits, new uploads need auto top-up on or a top-up first.
3.8 When credits are issued, and when they expire. Your plan is paid monthly in advance. We issue the month's plan credits to your wallet when that month's plan invoice is paid. Credits are spent when photos are delivered (3.4). Top-ups are paid when you buy them and credited at once. Rollover and expiry work as follows:
- Plan credits. Credits from your monthly plan volume that you don't use roll over for one month, capped at that month's plan volume.
- Top-up and Flex credits. These last until the end of the month after the month you bought them.
- Nothing rolls twice. Credits that are not used by the end of the following month expire.
- When you spend, the oldest credits are used first.
"Plan volume" for a month means the credits granted by that month's subscription invoice: the committed quantity, including any next-tier bump (section 3.6), plus any credits added by a pro-rata upgrade during the month. Referral credits (section 3.12) count as top-up credits.
3.9 Changing your plan. You can change your plan at any time, with no notice period.
- Downgrades take effect from the next billing cycle. You keep the credits already issued, under the expiry rules in 3.8. Top-up spend is not credited back.
- Upgrades take effect from the next billing cycle, or immediately if you ask. An immediate upgrade is charged pro rata for the rest of the current cycle (the price difference for the days left), and we add the extra credits for the days left, to one tenth of a credit. Nothing already issued or spent is re-priced.
The 30 days' notice in section 14.4 applies only to cancellation.
3.10 No cash value. Credits have no cash value, cannot be sold or transferred outside your account, and are not refundable except as these Terms or the law require.
3.11 Founding price lock. If you are one of our first 10 paying brokerages, and your Order Form says so, the rates in section 3.5 are fixed for you for 12 months from your first paid month.
3.12 Referral reward. If you refer a brokerage that becomes a paying customer and pays its first month, we add 150 credits to your wallet. This offer starts in programme week 6 (the calendar date is available on request at hello@vantagestudios.ae) and may be withdrawn on notice. Referral credits are treated as top-up credits: they last until the end of the following month and never roll over (section 3.8).
4. Speed lanes and the "complete footage" clock
4.1 Lanes.
| Lane | Credits a photo | Due | Availability |
|---|---|---|---|
| Standard | 1 | 24 hours | always |
| Same-day | 1.5 | same day | footage complete before 10:00 Dubai time |
| Express | 2 | 6 hours | footage complete 09:00–15:00 Dubai time |
| Concierge | 3 | 3 hours | limited slots during business hours (09:00–18:00 Dubai time) |
The slot rules for Same-day, Express and Concierge are defaults, and the values in force are shown at upload.
4.2 Concierge and limited lanes. Concierge runs in limited slots, shown as a live counter at upload. We may close Express or Concierge when we do not have review capacity. If we can't make a lane, we decline it at order time, before you are charged, and you can choose another lane.
4.3 When the clock starts. The due time runs from the moment we have your complete footage: every room you want delivered, filmed to our capture guide, plus the brief (property, furnished or unfurnished, special requests), and your confirmation that you have sent everything. If footage is incomplete, we tell you what is missing and the clock does not start until it arrives.
4.4 Business days and holidays. How the lanes treat Fridays, weekends and UAE public holidays, and which days count as "business hours", is available on request at hello@vantagestudios.ae.
5. Add-ons and listing upgrades
5.1 Add-ons are priced in credits and charged at your tier's rate:
| Add-on | Credits |
|---|---|
| Virtual staging, disclosed to you as staged in the delivery pack (section 8.1) | 2 a room |
| Twilight conversion | 8 an image |
| Video walkthrough cut | 25 |
| Signature upgrade (staging every room, off-market PDF branded and unbranded, per-room grading, hero selection, 12-hour priority turnaround) | +20 a listing |
| All-Inclusive upgrade (Signature, 2 twilight images, video walkthrough cut + vertical, a named reviewer signs the pack) | +50 a listing |
| Renovation visualisation | not available ("coming soon") |
5.2 Free first listing. A new customer may receive one free listing (a full Signature pack, Standard lane, no card and no plan). It is limited to one per brokerage email domain and one per independent agent, subject to weekly capacity, and we may check sign-ups from personal email addresses before accepting them. You may keep and use the files from the free listing whatever you decide afterwards, on the licence in section 10.
6. The lateness guarantee
6.1 On time, or it's free. If a photo is delivered after its lane's due time (counted from complete footage under section 4.3), that photo costs 0 credits. This applies in every lane.
6.2 Exceptions. The guarantee does not apply where the delay is caused by you or your representatives (for example, late or missing footage, a changed brief after the clock started, or an unanswered question we need answered to finish the photo), or by an event in section 16.4. We record the reason whenever we rely on an exception, and we tell you.
6.3 Sole remedy. Free photos under this section are your only remedy for late delivery.
7. Changes and fixes
7.1 Fixes are always free. If our edit is wrong, we fix it free, at any time. "Wrong" means:
- something invented or removed;
- warped geometry;
- a lost window view;
- the wrong room;
- the wrong brief.
A fix does not use up your free round of changes.
7.2 Your first round of changes is free. For each listing, your first round of preference changes (changes that are not fixes under 7.1) is free if you ask within 14 days of delivery.
7.3 Later changes. After the first round, each changed photo costs 1 credit.
7.4 Who decides. We classify each request as a fix or a change and tell you which, with the reason. If you disagree, tell us; our founder reviews it.
7.5 Limits. We won't make a change that would break section 2.3 or 8 (for example, replacing a view, adding features the property does not have, or presenting a staged image as unstaged).
8. Staging labels, real views and honest listings
8.1 Staged images: how we disclose them, and your responsibility.
- We tell you which photos are staged. We record every virtually staged photo in the pack manifest (our delivery record), and that record is our disclosure to you. On the delivery page, each staged photo is shown right after the faithful photo of the same room, and its hero and preview images carry the mark "Staged · disclosed". This is not a setting and there are no exceptions.
- Download files are clean. The full-resolution files you download, and their file names, never carry "staged", "disclosed" or any other staging mark, so that you can use them in your listings. Staged photos come in the same set as the other photos. If a room label would put "staged" or "disclosed" into a file name, we replace it with a neutral label and log the change. Use the delivery page or the manifest to see which photos are staged.
- You make any public disclosure. Once we have disclosed staging to you in the pack, you are responsible for any disclosure that DLD/RERA rules, portal terms or other law require when you publish a staged image (for example a "virtually staged" label on the image or in the listing). You must not publish a staged image in a way that suggests the furniture is real.
8.2 Decluttered and enhanced images. Decluttered images and images enhanced only in light, colour, haze or everyday wall marks are delivered without a label, in line with our 15 Oct 2026 policy decision.
8.3 Real views. We never replace a window view or a sky. You must not ask us to, and you must not alter our Deliverables to do so and then present them as our work.
9. Your promises (warranties)
You promise that, for every footage upload and every use of the Deliverables:
9.1 Right to photograph. You have the right to film the property and to have it edited and advertised, including the owner's (and, where relevant, the developer's or building management's) permission where that is needed.
9.2 Occupants and people. You have told occupants (including tenants) that the property is being filmed and you have their consent where the law requires it. You will avoid filming people where you can. You will not upload footage of people that you have no right to share. Photos with a person in frame are not delivered.
9.3 Personal items. You understand that personal documents, photographs, screens and other personal information visible in footage may be processed by us. You will remove them before filming where you can.
9.4 Advertising compliance. You are responsible for your advertisements, including:
- holding any required permit for the listing (for example a DLD/RERA advertising permit, Trakheesi or its successor);
- complying with DLD/RERA rules, the terms of Property Finder, Bayut, dubizzle and any other portal, and any requirement to disclose AI editing or virtual staging;
- making any disclosure that is required when you publish a staged image, using the staging information we give you in the delivery pack (section 8.1). Our delivery files are clean, so this disclosure is yours to make;
- checking the listing copy before you publish it.
9.5 Drone and aerial footage. If you upload aerial footage, you confirm it was filmed by an operator holding the required GCAA certificate under a DCAA permit (or the current equivalent) for that project, and you will confirm this for each clip when we ask.
9.6 Accuracy. What you tell us about the property (room names, amenities, furnished or unfurnished) is accurate.
10. Intellectual property and licence
10.1 Your footage. You (or your licensors) keep all rights in the footage you send. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to use it only to provide the Service, run our quality checks, keep our records under section 12, and resolve disputes.
10.2 The Deliverables. Once a photo is delivered (and, if charged, paid for), we grant you a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, copy and publish the Deliverables to market, sell or let the property shown, including on portals, social media, print and the seller's own channels, and to share them with the owner or seller. You may sublicense these rights to the owner, seller and portals for those purposes.
10.3 Not permitted. You may not resell the Deliverables as a stock or editing product, use them to train an AI model, or use them for a different property.
10.4 Our materials. We keep all rights in our software, prompts, checks, templates, brand, delivery pages and know-how.
10.5 No AI training on your footage. We do not use your footage or Deliverables to train AI models. We may record internal quality data about how our edits performed (for example, which checks passed), but we do not train on it. This would change only with your separate, opt-in consent, after legal review.
10.6 Third-party AI tools. We use third-party generative AI tools to produce Deliverables. We do not warrant that a Deliverable is free of resemblance to other images produced by those tools.
11. Case studies and marketing (opt-in only)
11.1 Off by default. We will not use your footage, Deliverables, name, logo, or any quote from you in our marketing, case studies or portfolio unless you opt in.
11.2 How you opt in. You opt in by ticking the case-study box on your Order Form or by signing our Case-Study and Testimonial Consent form (Case-Study and Testimonial Consent). That form says exactly what we may use, where, and for how long.
11.3 Withdrawal. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing hello@vantagestudios.ae. We will stop new uses within 10 business days and remove existing uses from channels we control. We can't recall printed material already distributed or third-party reposts.
11.4 Owner's permission. Before we publish a specific property, we will ask you to confirm the owner has no objection, and we won't show addresses, unit numbers or occupants.
12. Data protection and retention
12.1 Roles. For footage and Deliverables, we act on your instructions as a processor (or service provider) and you are the controller. For your account contacts, billing and marketing preferences, we are the controller. Details are in the Privacy Notice (Privacy Notice).
12.1A Data processing schedule. Where we process personal data in your footage and Deliverables as your processor, Schedule 1 (Data Processing) forms part of this agreement. It is a schedule rather than a separate agreement, so you do not need to sign anything extra.
12.2 Law. We handle personal data under the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL) and any other law that applies.
12.3 Storage and transfers. Your footage, originals and Deliverables are stored in Cloudflare R2. Our service providers (including US-based ones) process data for us, as listed in the Privacy Notice.
12.4 Retention.
- Before we launch with paying subscription customers: client photos and footage are kept for 12 months.
- Once we are live with paying subscription customers: client photos and footage are kept for 6 months, after which they are deleted.
- The retention period runs from the delivery of the listing (so your change rounds are covered).
- Account, billing and tax records are kept as long as the law requires, which we expect to be 5 years.
12.5 Security. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures. We never put client photos in our source code repositories going forward and never send client photos to tools outside our approved processors. We will tell you without undue delay if we become aware of a breach affecting your data, and in any event within 72 hours.
13. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to:
- upload footage you have no right to share, or footage of a property you are not authorised to market;
- upload unlawful, indecent or defamatory material, or images of children;
- ask us to invent features, hide defects, replace views, or otherwise create a misleading advertisement;
- publish a staged image without a disclosure the law or a portal requires, or as if the furniture were real;
- break any law, permit condition or portal rule;
- share your login, scrape, reverse-engineer, overload or probe our systems, or try to get around credit limits;
- create accounts to obtain more than one free listing.
We may refuse a listing, suspend an account or end this agreement for a serious breach.
14. Payment
14.1 Stripe. Payments are taken by card or other methods through Stripe. We do not store your full card details.
14.2 How and when you pay.
- Plans: billed monthly in advance, on the same day each month, by card through Stripe. The plan credits are issued when the invoice is paid (3.8).
- Top-ups: paid when you buy them. With auto top-up on, packs are bought on your saved card when a delivery needs more credits than you hold, within your monthly limit (3.7).
- Credits owed: if a delivery needs credits you do not have and the auto top-up limit stops a top-up, we still deliver. The shortfall is taken first from your next top-up or plan credits; anything left at the end of the billing cycle is invoiced once, at your plan's tier rate and subject to the next-tier cap (3.6).
- Express lanes, add-ons and extras: they use credits like any other photo (sections 4 and 5) and are charged when delivered.
- There is no retrospective re-pricing, and no end-of-month true-up other than the credits owed above.
14.3 No minimum term; no annual plan. There is no minimum term and no annual plan or annual discount.
14.4 Cancellation and what happens to your balance.
- You can cancel with 30 days' written notice (from your account or by email). The plan ends at the end of the first billing period that finishes at least 30 days after your notice (the "end date"). We show you the end date when you cancel.
- Billing during notice: the plan keeps billing and issuing credits in the normal way for each period until the end date. You pay for those periods in full. We do not charge anything after the end date, other than credits owed (14.2).
- Your balance: you can keep using your credits, including top-ups, until the end date. Credits still unused at the end date expire and are not refunded. If you would rather not lose them, spend them before the end date.
- Our right to end: we may cancel on 30 days' written notice, or at once under section 13. If we end a plan for convenience (not under section 13), we refund the unused part of the current period's plan price pro rata, and unused credits issued in it stay usable for 30 days after the end date.
14.5 Failed payments. If a payment fails, we may pause new orders until it is paid.
14.6 Invoices and VAT. We issue invoices in AED. VAT treatment is shown on each invoice.
14.7 Disputes about a charge. Tell us within 30 days of the charge.
15. Price changes
15.1 We may change prices, tiers, lane credits or add-on credits by giving at least 30 days' notice by email and on the pricing page. Changes apply from the first billing month after the notice period ends. If you don't agree, you can cancel before the change applies.
15.2 Price changes do not affect a founding price lock (section 3.11) during its 12 months, or credits already in your wallet.
16. Liability
16.1 Our commitments. Our commitments are those set out in sections 2.3, 4, 6 and 7. Apart from those, and to the extent the law allows, the Service is provided without other warranties.
16.2 Cap. Our total liability under this agreement in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
16.3 Excluded losses. We are not liable for lost profits, lost commissions, lost listings or deals, portal ranking or penalties, or indirect or consequential loss. We are not liable for a portal or regulator rejecting or penalising an advertisement where you did not comply with section 9.
16.4 Events outside our control. We are not liable for delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages at our cloud, AI or payment providers, internet failure, power loss, government action or natural events. We will tell you promptly and do what we reasonably can.
16.5 Not excluded. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud..
16.6 Your indemnity. You will cover our reasonable losses from a third-party claim caused by your breach of section 9 or 13 (for example, a claim from an owner who did not agree to the filming, or a claim or sanction because you published a staged image without a required disclosure).
17. Ending this agreement
17.1 Either side can end the agreement as set out in section 14.4. Either side may end it at once by written notice if the other materially breaches it and does not fix the breach within 14 days.
17.2 On ending: we stop accepting new listings; we finish listings already in progress unless you ask us not to; you pay for photos delivered, and for the periods billed until the end date (section 14.4); your licence to delivered and paid Deliverables continues; and our retention schedule in section 12.4 continues to apply.
18. Governing law and disputes
This agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute under it, except that either side may ask any court for urgent relief to protect its rights.
In every case: first, the parties will try to settle a dispute in good faith for 30 days after written notice.
19. General
19.1 Notices. By email: to us at hello@vantagestudios.ae; to you at your account email.
19.2 Changes to these Terms. We may update these Terms with 30 days' notice; the version in force at the start of each billing month applies to that month.
19.3 Assignment. You may not transfer this agreement without our consent. We may transfer it to a successor or affiliate (including a future UAE entity) with notice to you.
19.4 Subcontractors. We may use subcontractors and service providers and remain responsible.
19.5 Whole agreement; severability; no waiver. This is the whole agreement on its subject; an invalid term leaves the rest in force; not enforcing a term is not a waiver.
19.6 Language. These Terms are in English.
Schedule 1: Data Processing
Applies when we process personal data contained in your footage and Deliverables on your behalf (section 12.1).
S1.1 What is processed. Property footage and photos, edited Deliverables and their files. Footage can show people (occupants, staff), their belongings, and documents or papers left in view. We do not look for, tag or use people or documents for any purpose other than delivering the service.
S1.2 Purpose and instructions. We process this data only to supply the service (editing, quality checks, delivery, change rounds, support) and on your documented instructions, which are this agreement and your use of the account. We tell you if we think an instruction breaks the law.
S1.3 Your responsibility. You make sure you may lawfully share the footage with us and that people in it have been dealt with as the law requires (for example, occupants told, or removed from view before you upload). You tell us not to include documents or personal papers in footage and use the "complete footage" guidance (section 4).
S1.4 Our staff and security. Only people who need access to deliver the service can see your footage, and they are bound by confidentiality. We keep it in encrypted storage with access controls, and log access to the admin tools.
S1.5 Sub-processors. We use the sub-processors listed in the Privacy Notice (storage, hosting, database, AI editing and review services, payments). We use AI editing and review providers only under terms that do not allow them to train on your footage. We tell you by email at least 14 days before adding or replacing one; you may object in that time, and if we cannot resolve it you may cancel without penalty. We stay responsible for them.
S1.6 Transfers outside the UAE. Some sub-processors are outside the UAE. We make sure a lawful transfer basis applies and tell you what it is on request.
S1.7 Incidents. We tell you without undue delay, and in any event within 72 hours, after we become aware of a breach affecting your data, with what we know and what we are doing.
S1.8 Your rights. We help you answer requests from people in your footage (access, deletion and the like), at no extra charge for reasonable requests.
S1.9 Return and deletion. When this agreement ends, or on your written request, we delete your footage and Deliverables after the retention period in section 12.4 (earlier on request, except what the law requires us to keep). You can download your Deliverables first.
S1.10 Audit. On reasonable notice, no more than once a year, we give you the information needed to show we meet this schedule.
