Privacy Notice
How Vantage Studios handles personal data on our website and intake, and in the footage and photos sent to us.
1. Who we are
Vantage Studios LLC, a Delaware (USA) limited liability company trading from Dubai, UAE ("Vantage Studios", "we"). Contact for privacy questions: hello@vantagestudios.ae. Postal address: available on request at hello@vantagestudios.ae.
This notice covers vantagestudios.ae, upload.vantagestudios.ae (intake and billing), and how we handle footage, photos and contact details sent to us by email, WhatsApp or upload.
2. What we collect

We don't seek to collect sensitive personal data. Photos with a person in the frame are not delivered. If footage shows people or personal information, we use it only to produce your Deliverables.
3. Why we use it, and our legal basis

No AI training. We do not use your footage or photos to train AI models. Internal quality data (which checks passed) is recorded but not used for training. This would change only with separate, opt-in consent after legal review.
4. How long we keep it

5. Marketing and outreach to business contacts
Who we contact. We contact real-estate brokerages and agents in the UAE only, at their business contact details. We do not send marketing to private individuals who have no business connection with real estate.
Where we get the details. We use business contact details that brokerages and agents publish themselves, for example on property portal agent pages, brokerage websites and professional profiles. We also use referrals, enquiries you send us, and our existing customers. For each contact we record the source (including the web address where we found the details) and the date.
What we send. We may send you a short business email about our service, or a personal message on LinkedIn, without asking your permission first. We don't automate LinkedIn. We do not make marketing calls, send marketing SMS or start a WhatsApp conversation with you unless you have contacted us first, opted in or are a customer. Every email names the sender (Vantage Studios LLC, Dubai, UAE) and includes a working way to opt out. We send cold email from our sending domain, getvantagestudios.com.
How to opt out. Reply "STOP" or use the unsubscribe link in any email, tell us on WhatsApp or LinkedIn, or email hello@vantagestudios.ae. An opt-out applies at once and to every channel. We keep your details only on a "do not contact" list, so that we never contact you again.
6. Who we share it with
We don't sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it for us, and with authorities where the law requires. Our providers:

Several of these are outside the UAE, including in the USA.
7. Your rights
Subject to the law, you can ask us to: tell you what we hold about you; correct it; delete it; restrict or object to some uses; withdraw consent; and receive your data in a portable form. Email hello@vantagestudios.ae. We will reply within a reasonable time and in any event within the time the law allows. You may also complain to the UAE Data Office.
If you are an occupant or owner shown in footage a customer sent us, contact us and we will help, working with the customer who sent it.
8. Security
We use access controls, encryption in transit, server-side keys and audit logs. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
9. Cookies
Details of the cookies and analytics set on vantagestudios.ae and upload.vantagestudios.ae are available on request at hello@vantagestudios.ae. If we add analytics that need your consent, we will ask for it and list them here.
10. Children
The Service is for businesses. We don't knowingly collect children's data. Customers should avoid filming children.
11. Changes
We will post changes here and, for material changes, tell customers by email.
