Case-Study and Testimonial Consent
Case studies are opt-in only. This form says exactly what Vantage Studios may use, where and for how long. Every box is unticked by default, and an unticked box means no.
Between: Vantage Studios LLC (Delaware, USA), trading from Dubai, UAE ("Vantage Studios"), and __________ ("you"), represented by __________, __________.

2. Our promises
- We will not show the street address, unit number, building name or anything identifying the owner or occupants.
- We will not show any person inside the property.
- Staged images keep the "Staged · disclosed" label in every use.
- We will send you each case study before publishing it. You may ask for changes to factual errors, and we won't publish your quote in words you haven't approved.
- Any figures we publish are true for your account and dated. We won't publish unverifiable claims about your results (for example, how quickly a property sold) unless you supply and confirm them.
- Saying no, or withdrawing, does not change your price, service or priority.
3. Your confirmations
- You have authority to give this consent for your brokerage.
- For each covered property, the owner (or landlord) has no objection to the images being used as examples of our work, or you will tell us which properties to exclude.
- If you tick D or E, the named person has agreed to appear.
4. Withdrawal
You may withdraw all or part of this consent at any time by emailing hello@vantagestudios.ae. We will stop new uses and remove existing uses from channels we control within 10 business days. We can't recall printed material already distributed or reposts by others.

6. Data
We keep this form and a record of what was used where, for as long as the material is in use and then for a further period (available on request at hello@vantagestudios.ae), to show we had consent. See our Privacy Notice.
7. No payment
No fee is paid for this consent. If a credit or discount is ever offered in exchange, any published testimonial will say so.
