About Vantage Studios

He was the customer before he was the supplier.

Vantage Studios was founded by Matthew Clarke Smith after seven years in Dubai real estate. He worked a floor of nearly 300 agents, built and sold a brokerage of his own, then built the listing-media tool he wished he'd had.

He knows what an inflated listing photo does to a viewing, because he has been the one standing in the room with the buyer. That is why nothing we deliver is invented.

Matthew Clarke Smith — Founder, Vantage Studios

Before Vantage Studios, Matthew spent seven years on the other side of this problem.

He started at Powerhouse Properties as a Client Advisor and became its youngest Director at 21, working a floor of nearly 300 agents and closing landmark transactions including a Palm Jumeirah Signature Villa at approximately AED 125 million. He then founded The Luxury Collection Real Estate, building it from nothing alongside a holiday-homes business, and sold both. Since then he has held senior roles at Paragon Properties and Apex Homes, building sales teams and the systems behind them. Career sales exceed AED 500 million.

Why Vantage Studios exists

Matthew spent seven years watching listings go live late.

Photography doesn't scale the way a brokerage does. One listing is easy. Twelve in a week means booking around a photographer's diary, a tenant's schedule and a weekend, then waiting days for edits — while the listing sits unpublished and the portal ranking goes to someone faster. At volume, the bottleneck is never the property. It's the pipeline.

The obvious fix is to make it cheap and instant with AI. The problem is that most AI does it by inventing — adding furniture that isn't there, widening rooms, replacing views. That's fine until a buyer walks in, and then it's the agent's reputation on the line, not the software's.

So Vantage Studios was built to do both. Phone walkthroughs in, finished listing media out within 24 hours, at a fraction of the cost of a shoot — and every image is checked, then reviewed by a person, before it ships. Nothing invented. Nothing moved. Just the property, shown properly.
