Most studios tell you they check the work. This is the checking, written down — what runs, what blocks, and what happens when something fails.

The principle

A pack that can't prove itself doesn't go out.

The chain is built to fail closed. If a blocking check doesn't pass, the delivery folder renames itself and the send stops. You get a message explaining which check failed and what we're doing about it.

That's the opposite of how most automated pipelines behave. Most of them ship whatever came out and leave you to notice.

Frame selection Every frame of your walkthrough is scored on measured sharpness. The best frame per room wins — not the one that happened to be still when someone hit pause.

Geometry and correction Verticals straightened, lens distortion removed, horizon levelled. Convergence is measured and recorded, not eyeballed.

The two-vendor fabrication gate Two independent models examine the output for invented detail — a door that isn't there, a window that changed shape, a reflection that doesn't match. Both must agree before an image ships.

Person audit Every image is checked for identifiable people. Flagged frames don't ship, and the result goes into the record.

Disclosure and original retention Anything generated — sky, decluttering, staging, renovation, twilight — carries a disclosure stamp and ships alongside the unaltered original. Not optional, not a setting, no exceptions.

The record Each delivered file gets its record: what was changed, what wasn't, and whether it passed. It's written into the delivery page you forward to the seller.

Exception review Anything the chain flags as ambiguous goes to a person. They can override a false flag — and when they do, the reasoning is written into the record rather than silently applied.

What we won't do

The list matters more than the capability list.

We won't remove a defect A crack, a stain, damp, a broken fitting. Decluttering moves objects; it doesn't erase the condition of the property.
We won't change the space No widened rooms, no added windows, no altered ceiling heights. The geometry that comes out matches the geometry that went in.
We won't smooth a face If a person is identifiable, the frame doesn't ship. We don't generatively edit people to make a shot usable.

Renovation visualisation is the one product where the image deliberately shows something that doesn't exist. It carries a written acknowledgement at order time, a disclosure on the delivery page, and the original in the same pack — and we'd rather lose the order than ship it quietly.
